Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, The Very Idea is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier and notify us within 7 days. We will assist when possible, but we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

7. Return and Refund Policy

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Eligible returns are issued as store credit.
